An update from Liquidshop
Since writing to you last week, the advance of the COVID-19 pandemic has hastened, and it has become clear that it is going to require all of us to make significant changes to the way we lead our lives, at least in the short term.
As the provider of your hosted ecommerce services, we take our responsibility very seriously. We are aware of the critical importance of the services that we provide to you.
I can assure you that we continue to provide our services as normal, and our technical partners are able to similarly assure us that their services remain resilient and fully-working as expected.
I mentioned last week that within our own business we employ many cloud based services to manage the services that we provide to you. These include the support ticketing system that you access to contact support, and our phone system, which is totally cloud based.
From Monday 23rd March all Liquidshop staff will be working from fully-connected home offices, with access to all of the services and tools that are available in our offices.
The same, friendly and familiar voices will be continuing to provide a full and uninterrupted service to you.
Please continue to contact us in the usual ways via the support ticket system and by phone.
