UserVoice - What happens next?
We were really pleased to see that the Uservoice feedback service has been so well received by everyone, with over 51 ideas and 226 votes so far. We would like to thank those of you who have already started to contribute to this service, and for those that have not yet had the time to provide their input, we encourage you do this to ensure your voice can be heard in respect to the ongoing development of LiquidShop.
We want you to continue contributing to Uservoice; your feedback and ideas are important to us in developing LiquidShop as a class leading ecommerce solution.
Throughout the year we carry out strict development phases. We have 3 phases in total, the first of which starts in January, followed by May and the final phase in September. A development phase is made up of research, hands-on development and bug fixing - with periods of non-development in-between to ensure stability. Prior to each Development Phase we carry out internal discussions and research taking account of the requests made by existing LiquidShop clients. Ideas suggested and voted for within the new Uservoice service will help feed our research and discussions.
We take every request into consideration, with ideas that have high numbers of votes looked at with more importance than those receiving little or no votes. Our aim has always been to build and develop LiquidShop to meet the demands of retailers but at the same time add our own expertise to build features that either make your life easier or convert more sales and keep you ahead of the competition. As you can appreciate not every idea can make it into LiquidShop, and on some occasions ideas may be delayed to a later development phase depending on the scale and complexity of the work we have to carry out.
UserVoice can be accessed from the main navigation across the top area of your LiquidShop backoffice.
