UserVoice FAQs
UserVoice gives you the opportunity to have your say, and we hope that you find it a useful way of recommending ideas to us. All ideas will be openly shared with other LiquidShop users and everyone has the ability to vote and comment.
Below are some of the common questions we receive regarding our feedback service.
What happens when I run out of votes?
When you have used all of your allocated votes towards your own or existing ideas within UserVoice, you will need to wait for the idea to be completed or declined during a development phase, your votes will then be returned.
Alternatively you can retract your votes from an idea and then assign them to another depending on the imprtance on the idea to yourself and your company.
What happens when I submit an idea?
All ideas are reviewed and at our development meetings. Each idea is examined for its merit to the system and its feasibility. We are not intending to alter the backup options at this time, however, your suggestions can remain open within UserVoice for other users to view and it will be re-examined in the future.
I have added an idea, when will it be developed?
During a typical development phase, we start out by discussing the changes put forward by our clients via the Uservoice forum along with our own plans and ideas, some of which would have been researched during non development periods. We then agree which features will be built during this phase, and then work is started.

An idea I have voted on has been started, what does this mean?
The status 'started' indicates that our development team are currently reviewing your idea and are researching it's impact on LiquidShop. Please note that the status 'started' does not guarentee that the idea will be developed for LiquidShop.
What happens if I add an idea that has already been submitted?
If we identify two or more ideas that are very similar in request, we may decide to merge the idea and combine the votes.
What happens if the idea I have submitted is already available in LiquidShop?
In the case of an idea being submitted to UserVoice that already exists within LiquidShop, the support team may contact you to clarify the request. We will then mark the idea as completed and add a comment to the idea indicating that it is already available. You will then receive your votes back for the idea.
