Client Feedback Service: UserVoice

We are excited to announce the launch of our UserVoice feedback service for LiquidShop. The aim of this is to encourage proactive feedback from all users to help us to continue making improvements to LiquidShop. Our recent phase of LiquidShop developmemnt demonstrates that we take user feedback seriously, with over 40 updates and amendments made to LiquidShop. Many of these were a direct result of feedback from users.

UserVoice gives you the opportunity to have your say, and we hope that you find it a useful way of recommending ideas to us. All ideas will be openly shared with other LiquidShop users and everyone has the ability to vote and comment.

We will be constantly monitoring UserVoice and discussing the ideas put forward. Whilst we cannot guarantee to include every idea we will be considering each one, so it is important that you explain ideas fully and make good use of the voting features built into this system.

UserVoice can be accessed from the main navigation across the top area of your LiquidShop backoffice.

UserVoice Terms of Use

UserVoice is provided as a way for you, as a user of LiquidShop, to provide constructive feedback about the features and functionality of the system. The objective is to support an effective development programme for LiquidShop for the benefit of all users.

The intention is to keep the Terms of Use for UserVoice to a minimum, and this will be achieved with the co-operation of all users.

Before posting an idea please check to see if someone has already posted a similar idea, in which case you can vote and leave comments to support this.

When posting a new idea, try to explain it fully so that other users can understand it and add their own comments

This service is to be used solely for the purposes of suggesting and commenting upon ideas for new LiquidShop features. It must not be used for the following:

    * Advertising in anyway
    * Posting rude or obscene statements
    * Making derogatory comments

Any user who abuses the UserVoice service will be asked to cease the unacceptable behaviour, and access may be removed in extreme cases. Sitemakers Ltd reserves the right to amend these Terms of Use at any time without notice.
