My email address will not work with my internet provider BT?
Before you can use your email address(s) associated with your domain name with the BT Business mail servers, you need to notify BT of your domain name. You do this via their 'Mail Relay'.

What are the email server details?
The incoming mail server is mail.yourdomain.com, the outgoing mail server is provided by your ISP (Internet Service Provider).

Can I access my emails in my browser?
You can read your emails within your web browser (Firefox, Chrome, Internet Explorer) by going to yourdomain.com/webmail, you will then be prompted to enter your username (which is your email address, and your password.
Please note that any emails deleted via webmail access cannot be recovered.
