Standard and Enhanced Support and Training Explained

Standard support and training

  • Initial training in the use of the Liquidshop Magento website and software
  • Ongoing telephone and online support & training on functionality included within the website
  • Support of existing data connections and other integrations used with the website
  • Active monitoring and management of the current hosting plan
  • Bug Fixing and hosting issue resolution

Enhanced support and training
(available as an addition to all monthly plans)

Enhanced support includes any support or design time required for work that falls outside of the scope of standard support and training. For example this includes time required to investigate and advise on additional functionality for the website, or additional connections with third party software and services. This can also be used to pay for on-site training and work such as website content management. Payment for this enhanced service is covered by by purchasing Time Unit Based Support (TUBS): TUBS units of 15 minutes each can be purchased in advance at the costs shown below.

Time Unit Based Support (TUBS)

TUBS units can be purchased in advance to pay for day-to-day support, training and design work that falls outside of the scope of standard support and training. For example, this includes time required for the following tasks:

  • Advice on either the development or application of additional functionality for the website. This includes the development of detailed specifications for bespoke development work.
  • Investigate additional connections with third party software and services, assessing compatibility and additional work required.
  • On-site training in the use of the website software.
  • Website content management.
  • Minor website design and development work (Larger projects such as website redesign or feature development will be costed via a formal estimate).

Payment for this enhanced service is covered by purchasing Time Unit Based Support (TUBS):

TUBS can be purchased in advance at the costs shown below.
Once you have bought TUBS these will be used to pay for the advanced support, training, or design work. You will be advised of the TUBS required for any work to be carried out, and your agreement will be sought, before any work is carried out that uses your TUBS.

Each TUBS unit is equal to 15 minutes of design work or enhanced support work. Quantity
discounts are available, and they don’t expire until used.
